MY STORY
Eight contracts. Seven days. All gone.
In 2008, I had eight deals pending. When the market broke, all eight terminated in the same week. I applied for jobs and got an offer for $60,000 to $65,000 a year. On the drive home from the second interview, I turned it down.

A $149 one-time startup fee, an $85 monthly fee, and an 80/20 split until you reach a $16,000 annual cap. Per-transaction broker review and risk management fees apply. I'm a newer agent. Is this for me?+

How does revenue share work?+
eXp shares a portion of company revenue with agents who help attract productive agents. It is performance-based, not a salary, and the median revenue share for a typical eXp agent is $0. What you earn depends on your leadership and the production of the agents you sponsor.
